Hi all,

Since you haven’t heard from me for awhile, I want to give an update. I ran into some unexpected difficulties with my website, so I haven’t prepared any more talks yet. I’ll let you know when I’m ready to resume.

In the meantime, you might wish Mary Ann a belated Happy Birthday. It was Friday! 🎉

Thanks for organizing this, John. I look forward to seeing everyone who can be there on the 29th!

Based on the feedback by forum and email, we’re going with Sunday December 29th, 3pm Pacific / 4pm Mountain.

I guess the site doesn’t have to be up. Although people might be looking at it for the link if they didn’t save the email. Also, Tina and I might be iffy on the 22nd. So I guess, lets see, Wayne is good for the 29th. @david, can you do the 29th? If not I’ll check into whether we can do the 22nd.

Oops. I meant the 22’nd and the 29’th in December are OK for me. The 15’th I have an early family Christmas and won’t be able to make it. January is all clear right now.

It will be nice to see everyone. I’ve been very busy with a course I was giving and then a work project that took up all my time.

Is it helpful for the Physics Cafe to be up when we meet? We don’t use it during the meeting.

As I think about it, we might want it up during the few days before the meeting in case we need to broadcast last-minute changes.

Wayne, what is the other Sunday that works for you, besides the 22nd?

Yikes, I may be relocating the website that week. I would vote for either the 29th, or even to make it a “New Year” meeting in early January. (John, sorry if I steered you wrong in that last email!)

I won’t be resuming my Principia talks before January. (I’ll make another post when I resume.)
